Dr. B. Paul Scott played a key role in the development of the Thor/ISE fuel cell bus, fuel cell APU for class 8 trucks, wind-hydrogen generation station, and is now managing ISE's Hydrogen Hybrid ICE bus program (HICE). Mr. Scott published over fifty publications on diverse topics, and has frequently presented papers on solar energy and hydrogen related matters in recent years. He has consulted with over twenty corporations and technical institutes and was the on-site engineer for the Xerox/Clean Air Now Solar Hydrogen Project, which included hydrogen -powered trucks. Furthermore he participated in programs including representing Stuart Energy in development of hydrogen infrastructure as well as with the California Fuel Cell Partnership, coordinating the installation fueling stations.
