Paul B. Whitty Paul is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and the Zoning and Land Use Team Chair. He represents and advises real estate developers, institutions, governmental entities and individuals with respect to land use planning and zoning. Paul appears before planning commissions, boards of zoning adjustment, legislative bodies and other agencies to obtain development entitlements in Jefferson, Shelby, Oldham, Spencer, Meade and Bullitt counties in Kentucky.
