Patty Dickerson joined VeraSun in August 2007 as the company’s Director of Investor Relations with more than 15 years experience with publicly traded companies. She is responsible for developing and executing VeraSun’s global investor relations program.
Ms. Dickerson came to VeraSun from Ignis Petroleum Group where she held the position of Vice President for External Affairs Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary. She was responsible for counseling senior executives on corporate and financial communications strategy and execution served as a spokesperson to the investment community and coordinated presentations and road shows for financial audiences.
Previous to Ignis Ms. Dickerson owned Energy Direct Communications an investor relations and corporate communications company that specializes in working with clients in the energy sector. She spent 27 years with Box Energy Corporation a NASDAQ company where she assisted with investor relations in addition to serving as corporate secretary for the company and several of its subsidiaries.
A native of Dallas Texas Ms. Dickerson earned her law degree from the Texas Tech School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in government affairs from Texas Woman’s University. |
