Patti Halladay is the President and owner of InterSource Executive Search, a retained search firm specializing in Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales, and Information Technology. InterSource also has a Contract Services Division that provides professional level contractors in the same areas. Patti is a 1999 Leadership Texas alumni and a Founding Board member of Greenlights for NonProfit Success, a management assistance agency dedicated to capacity building within nonprofits. Patti was honored by SafePlace for outstanding vision, commitment and leadership as a part of the merger of the Center for Battered Women and the Austin Rape Crisis Center. In 1998, she also received honors from the Capital Area United Way and the Peacemaker Award from the Dispute Resolution Center for her work with SafePlace. She has a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has been a member of the SafePlace Board of Directors since 2001. Patti is married to Steve Halladay and has two grown daughters.
