Patrik Nelson is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Nelson was an Executive Director in the Telecommunications Group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Nelson has twelve years of investment banking experience, starting his career at Dillon Read (a predecessor firm to UBS). Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Nelson worked in the corporate development department at Crane Company, a manufacturer of engineered industrial products.
Mr. Nelson has extensive advisory and financing expertise including Vodafone’s bid for AT&T Wireless, Infonet’s sale to BT Group, SBC’s sale of its stake in Bell Canada, Citizens Communications' $700mm high yield financing and the IPO of Eschelon Telecom.
Mr. Nelson graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance. |
