Patrick Williams, senior vice president of sales at StarCite and previously OnVantage, has over 20 years of technology sales and executive management experience. Patrick brings a proven track record of implementing successful sales organizations and executing high-growth strategies for both pre-IPO and publicly traded global technology companies to OnVantage. Prior to OnVantage, he was vice president of worldwide sales of BackWeb Technologies and vice president of U.S. sales at Recruitsoft (now Taleo), where new customer revenues increased 78 percent year over year during his tenure. He has also held executive positions at companies including 3Com and Hewlett Packard. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
