Patrick White joined the San Francisco office of American Capital as a Vice President in September 2007. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. White was a Director of Loan Originations at Wells Fargo Foothill where he was responsible for sourcing sponsored and direct financing opportunities from private equity firms and investment banks in the Western United States. Mr. White led acquisition and stand-alone financings in numerous industries, including technology hardware/software, business services and consumer products.
Prior to Foothill, Mr. White worked at GATX Capital in the mezzanine finance group, where he provided junior debt and equity financing to middle market companies nationwide. Previously, he worked in investment banking in New York at Credit Suisse First Boston and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
Mr. White received his B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University. Additionally, he is a reserve officer in the U.S. Army and was mobilized in 2004 for Operation Iraqi Freedom III. While in Iraq, he served with the 1st Infantry Division and 42nd Infantry Division as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and Division Task Force Commander. He was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge for actions in combat and numerous other medals for his service. |
