In 1989, after twenty-five years in manufacturing, sales and management of oil field supply and service operations overseas, Patrick Sibille was selected to initiate and lead Frank’s International operations in Europe and Russia. He holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana, Lafayette) and serves as Chairman of the Well Services Contractors' Association in the United Kingdom. |
