Pat started with Morganite, Inc. (later ECS) in 2001 As Director of Human Resources. He holds a B.S. in Social Sciences from Rockford College He worked in operations training and development with GE Plastics for 12 years. Following the completion of an MBA from Illinois State University, Pat joined J.W. Hobbs division of BTR (later Invensys) as HR Manager. He became Director of HR for Invensys Sensor Systems Group before joining Morganite. He has previously served on the Illinois Council for Workforce Development, and has co-authored two articles on employment arbitration. |
