Patrick is Senior Vice President of Development Services for EWM and oversees the sales operations for all of the company’s current development projects and condo conversions. He is also overseeing the development and implementation of EWM's REO Department which handles bank foreclosures in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Patrick started with EWM in 1998 as an associate in the Coral Gables office and transitioned into an assistant manager position in the Gables in 2001. In early 2002 a position became available in EWM’s Plantation office and Patrick relocated from Miami-Dade to Broward to fill the Managing Broker position. In March of 2006, Patrick accepted the position with Development Services and moved back to Miami and the EWM Corporate Office. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Patrick moved to Miami in 1988 to attend the New World School of the Arts College Conservatory where he received his Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. Patrick has served as Vice-President of the Center Coconut Grove Neighborhood Association, is a graduate of Leadership Miami class of 2001, is previous Chairman of the Professional Development committee for the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County, a former Director of RAMDC, and is currently serving as a Director for The Florida Association of Realtors. Patrick is also a charter member of The Master Brokers Forum Broward County. |
