Patrick Neglia is a 1992 graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review. While attending Touro, he participated in the law school's Judicial Clerkship clinic where he served as Law Intern to the Honorable Vincent R. Balletta, Associate Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. Before attending law school, Mr. Neglia earned a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the New York Institute of Technology in 1989. Since entering private practice in 1993, Mr. Neglia has been involved in all aspects of negligence defense litigation including the areas of premises and products liability, and motor vehicle and construction site accidents. He became associated with Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1996 and his practice focuses primarily on the areas of premises liability, automobile accidents, and construction site accidents. While at Cullen and Dykman LLP, Mr. Neglia has tried, mediated and arbitrated numerous cases. |
