Pat is responsible for the finance, human resources and administration areas of the company. He is also a founder of the company and sits on its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Women's Health, Pat was Vice President, Financial Planning and Control at Value Health, a leading provider of specialty managed care benefit programs. In this capacity, he was involved in all aspects of the Finance organization including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting policy, business operations, internal audit and merger and acquisition activity. Prior to joining Value Health, Pat had over 10 years experience at Arthur Andersen. Pat is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in many civic and community organizations. |
