Patrick McDonough brings 30 years of experience and expertise in education, the arts, strategic planning management and leadership development to TCR clients. His national and international volunteer work in leadership development and strategic planning has brought him the unique distinction of serving governing boards, institutions of higher education, and private foundations around the world. Patrick, who served Marietta College as its fifteenth President, has held several leadership positions in public and private higher education including that of department director, professor, dean, and provost. His experience includes academic planning and analysis with the nation's largest university system and the position of Program Director for Education and Leadership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Patrick's breadth of experience, knowledge and contacts, coupled with his ability to work skillfully and sensitively with people, make him a much sought after professional in his field.
