As CFO for Hudson North America, a professional staffing, outsourcing and talent management firm, Patrick Lyons draws upon significant financial leadership experience within the professional services arena. His particular strengths executing business strategies, increasing margins and streamlining processes are well-suited to accelerate Hudson’s development.
Patrick combines analytical rigor with a hands-on execution focus, driving accountability and accuracy in financial reporting, cost control and profitability. He also has a strong track record of successfully implementing financial systems, managing shared services, and leading merger and acquisition integrations.
From his role as CFO for Ajilon Staffing, Patrick was tapped to oversee financial operations at parent company Adecco USA, where he managed a $70 million budget and a staff of over 300. In addition to oversight for finance and accounting, he also assumed responsibility for client services, IT, tax, treasury and risk management. Patrick’s most recent position was CFO for Strategic Legal Resources, a New York-based provider of professional staffing services.
Earlier, Patrick served nine years in leadership roles with international mail and logistics firm TNT Group. There, he spent four years in Europe before relocating to New York, where he ultimately
served as Vice President for Finance & Administration.
Lyons has spent a significant amount of his career in international financial leadership roles. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Honors as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College, Dublin. |
