Patrick Kilbourne is a director in the Salt Lake City office of LECG, a global expert services firm. He has an MBA from The Wharton School and Master and Bachelor degrees in accounting. He holds both CPA and CMA certifications and is an expert in applying finance, accounting and economic analysis to damage assessments, lost profits, product cost/profit evaluations and intellectual property matters. He has been retained as an expert in numerous matters and has testified as an expert in both federal and state venues.
A substantial portion of his career has been spent advising companies in non-litigation matters relating to cost cutting, strategy, finance and operational issues. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, construction, real estate, telecommunications, chemicals and oil & gas.
Prior to joining LECG, he was the head of Arthur Andersen’s strategy finance & economic consulting practice in Salt Lake City, where he oversaw all of Andersen’s offerings in damage analysis, forensic accounting, intellectual property, economic consulting, and strategic consulting services. |
