Pat is currently on the board of ChannelAdvisor. Prior to joining NEA, Patrick was General Partner of Grotech Capital Group where he specialized in high-tech investments and served on a number of boards including Advertising.com, Bluefire Security, CDnow, Fieldglass Software, Hillcrest Labs, SALIX Technologies, and Synchrologic. Prior to Grotech, Patrick spent nearly 10 years at Alex. Brown & Sons as an investment banker for high technology companies. At Alex. Brown & Sons, he was responsible for a range of financing and advisory projects including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for high-tech companies. Prior to that, Patrick was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Patrick served as an officer in the U.S. Navy where he spent substantially all his tenure on the staff of Admiral H.G. Rickover at the Headquarters of the Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program. Patrick is Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association. He received a Masters in Business Administration, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University. |
