Patrick Kennedy has spent the past 20 years supporting payers, practice management vendors and providers by building successful electronic networks linking payers and providers. His executive positions included responsibility for marketing, and sales and business development with GE, GTE, NEIC, Avicenna Systems and CareInsite. For the past five years, he has served as a consultant to more than 30 Blues and 10 of the largest commercial payers in the country, supporting the design and implementation of cost-effective EDI networks and transaction web portals. He also helped position payers to support e-prescribing, e-lab, payer-based health records and preventive care messaging.Mr. Kennedy also serves on the board of GEMMS, the market leader in Cardiology for Practice Management, EMR, PACs and Decision Support Systems. |
