As vice president - Account Management, North America, Pat Hochstein, CTC is responsible for managing efforts to increase the Company's share of the North American travel agency market and to retain current customers while continuing to convert targeted customers from competitive reservations systems. A Certified Travel Consultant (CTC), Hochstein previously served as director of agency sales where he oversaw travel agency sales support and marketing activities in both the eastern and western regions of the United States. He has also served as director - Associate Sales and Marketing, responsible for worldwide sales and marketing activities for Worldspan's products and services for hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines and tour operators. Before joining Worldspan in 1990, Hochstein spent 14 years in airline sales management. At Trans World Airlines, he was manager - passenger sales, responsible for district sales and public relations for the airline. Hochstein started his career in 1976 with Ozark Air Lines as district sales manager. A native of Wayne, Nebraska, Hochstein earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Systems from Wayne State College. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children. |
