Patrick (Pat) Henn is Chief Financial Officer for RCMS Group. Pat has over 15 years of experience with publicly and privately held technology and services organizations. Pat was most recently Chief Financial Officer for Indus International, Inc., a publicly traded software company, from October 2005 to March 2007. While at Indus, Pat managed the finance operations and investor relations. In addition, he was integral in the sale of the business to a private equity group for a significant premium to the current market value. Prior to Indus, Pat was Vice President of Finance and Controller for Manhattan Associates, Inc., a publicly traded software company, for over 7 years. While at Manhattan, Pat was an integral part of the public offering, international expansion, implementation of new systems and general financial management. Pat began his career in 1990 as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young LLP. Pat is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Pat obtained his CPA license in California in 1995.
