Mr. Fallon is currently a Partner with Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco based middle market buyout fund and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent over 15 years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) with major responsibilites as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsor Coverage sector within Corporate Finance and then as Global Head of the Technology Banking practice at DLJ. After DLJ's merger with Credit Suisse First Boston in the fall of 2000, Mr. Fallon became a key member of the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Banking Team. He served as West Coast Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Private Equity Coverage. Thoughout his career, Mr. Fallon has had extensive experience in capital raising and advisory work for both technology and non-technology companies as well as a variety of private equity firms. Mr. Fallon has a BA degree from Harvard College and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. He is also a CPA. |
