Patrick Decker is president of Flow Control the world’s largest manufacturer of flow control products and heat-tracing solutions for industrial residential and commercial customers in the oil and gas power food and beverage chemical water and other process industries. Prior to his appointment as president of Flow Control in May 2007 Patrick was chief financial officer (CFO) of Tyco Engineered Products and Services. He previously was CFO for Tyco’s Plastics & Adhesives unit before it was sold in 2003. Patrick joined Tyco in 2003 from Bristol-Myers Squibb where he spent 13 years in a series of key finance roles both in the U.S. and internationally including vice president of Finance and Business Development in the Mead Johnson Nutritionals business. He began his career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. A certified public accountant Patrick holds a Bachelors degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University.
