Patrick Costello is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Mr. Costello brings over 15 years’ experience in developing highly effective teams and leaders.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Costello led the team development practice for a management consulting firm known for its strategic planning and team development. He is experienced in group dynamics, interpersonal communication, and experiential learning, and has led learning expeditions to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal, the South Island of New Zealand, and Patagonia, among other locations.Mr. Costello has worked with Fortune 500 and global companies in Europe, the UK, South America, Asia, and the U.S. At LeaderSource, he is a key contributor to the design and delivery of innovative and impactful group programs for executive team development. As an executive coach, Mr. Costello specializes in the areas of personal effectiveness, resilience mastery, and interpersonal communication. Mr. Costello is the lead author and senior editor of The A to Z Guide to Experiential Training and Development. Mr. Costello holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Experiential Education from Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and completed facilitator training at the National Outdoor Leadership School. |
