Patrick leads our Real Estate advisory practice. With over 25 years of experience, his expertise includes corporate finance (asset management and structured finance); restructuring and recapitalization (crisis management, debt refinancing, asset and portfolio transactions); and real estate investment advisory services (investment consulting, portfolio and asset acquisition / disposition, and portfolio and asset refinancing). Patrick has held senior executive positions at Guardian Mortgage Investors, the Florida Companies, Lehman Bros. Kuhn Loeb, Inc. and IRP, Inc., a real estate holding company. He has also served as a Director of Global Marine, Inc., one of the world s largest owners and operators of offshore drilling rigs. For the past 16 years, Mr. Ahern has been involved in providing financial advisory services to real estate companies, many requiring capital raising and valuation projects. Most often these engagements have included restructuring and workout services on behalf of both the creditors and debtors. |
