Pat Flynn has significant experience providing turnaround consulting, investment banking and interim management services to under-performing companies. He has worked with public and privately held firms in a wide range of industries. Mr. Flynn has served in several executive roles including Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and President. Prior to joining CM&D, Mr. Flynn was a Managing Director for Quantum Value Management, a diversified private equity and corporate development firm with industrial manufacturing, distribution, and financial services holdings where he held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of portfolio companies. In these roles, he was responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the businesses and SEC compliance. Prior to Quantum, he held the positions of Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Strategic Planning at Oxford Automotive, a $1 billion global automotive supplier of complex metal-formed assemblies, where he managed all aspects of financial operations and led the divestiture of non-core assets. Additionally, he was a Vice President at The Oxford Investment Group where he was actively involved in merger and acquisition activities and filled executive management positions in portfolio companies. Mr. Flynn has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
