Patrick T. Fennell is a graduate of The Tulane University of Louisiana (B.A., 1983), U.S. Navy Postgraduate School (M.S., 1988), Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary (J.D., 1996), and National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law (2007). After receiving his bachelor's degree, Mr. Fennell served with distinction in the United States Navy for ten years and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. While in law school he served as a law clerk in the office of General Counsel for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., in Newport News, Virginia. He is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (member, VTLA Amicus Curiae Honor Roll), the American Association for Justice and the Roanoke Bar Association. Mr. Fennell practices litigation in state and federal courts, including personal injury and medical malpractice, and commercial and bankruptcy litigation.Mr. Fennell resides in Roanoke, Virginia with his family.Reported cases: McDow v.
