Mr. Cassady is currently an owner and Executive Vice President of KineticSystems Company, LLC located in Lockport, IL. KineticSystems designs, produces, and markets high-performance data acquisition and control systems to a broad range of customers in the aerospace, defense, automotive, scientific, and other industrial markets. Since acquiring KineticSystems in September 1999, numerous improvements have been made in the areas of marketing, new product development, and facility renovation.
Prior to acquiring KineticSystems, Mr. Cassady had over twenty years of experience working with Rockwell International/Goss Graphic Systems Inc., located in Westmont, IL. Rockwell International Inc. is a $12 billion global conglomerate, and Goss Graphic Systems is a leading manufacturer of high-speed web offset printing systems for the worldwide newspaper, insert, publication, book, and catalog publishing industry. At Goss, Mr. Cassady served as the Director of Sales and Customer Service, where he led and directed sales, field service, and parts service for the United States.
Mr. Cassady also held a number of key management positions within Rockwell International, most notably Director of Customer Service, Project Director of Commercial Product Development, and Director of European Operations.
Mr. Cassady received his BA degree in Political Science from John Carroll University, University Heights, OH in 1979. He went on to earn a Masters of Management in 1995 from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
Additionally, Mr. Cassady is active in community relations within Lockport and works with community representatives to provide assistance as needed. Mr. Cassady and his wife, Deborah, reside in Wheaton, IL. They have one son. |
