Patrick Scott Reid focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, commercial finance, municipal law, and health care law. He represents clients in connection with the purchase or divestitures of a business, including sales of businesses to publicly traded entities and management purchases in connection with leveraged buyouts. He also represents businesses with respect to all aspects of their day-to-day operations, including negotiating and structuring commercial transactions, finalizing agreements used in connection with the business operations, and structuring or negotiating agreements with private and institutional lenders. Mr. Reid has dedicated a portion of his practice to representing companies in connection with expansion projects, the creation of new product lines or businesses, and the establishment of new operating facilities or business start-ups.
Mr. Reid represents and has represented a wide range of entities involved in or related to the health care field, including sole-owner providers, group medical practices, interdisciplinary practice groups, managed care companies, specialized regional MSOs, IPAs, and hospitals. He also has experience in zoning and planning, arising from his five years of service as the City Attorney for Glens Falls, New York.
Mr. Reid is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Georgia, and he is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He practiced in Atlanta at Arnall Golden & Gregory before relocating to Glens Falls in 1985. |
