Patrick R. Lamb, a principal, joined the firm in 1988. Mr. Lamb handles the formation of new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and real estate, as well as a wide variety of corporate transactions and counseling. His practice also involves commercial transactions, including the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions. Mr. Lamb has also represented clients in the negotiation of complex licensing, supply and distribution agreements. Mr. Lamb has been a frequent speaker at legal seminars including recent seminars on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies. He has been named a Washington Law and Politics' Super Lawyer on multiple occasions, including 2005 - 2007. |
