Patrick L. Miller’s practice focuses on patent prosecution involving a broad range of electrical, computer, mechanical, medical device, and business method related technologies. Mr. Miller’s industry experience includes four years in the United States Marine Corps working as an avionics technician on F/A-18 aircraft. Mr. Miller also was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for over three years. As a Patent Examiner, Mr. Miller examined patent applications primarily involving motor controls and acoustics technologies. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law, where he was a member of the American University International Law Review.
