Patrick is a partner with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and has practiced in the Tax Department since 1986. He received his B.B.A. degree in accounting in 1975 and M.S. degree in taxation in 1983 from the University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. degree in 1986 from the American University in Washington, D.C. Patrick was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986 and also is admitted before the Tax Court of the United States. He has taught at the American University in Washington, D.C. and also in the Master's in Tax program at the University of Cincinnati. Patrick is a member of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also is the past president of the Taxation Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association. In 2000 Patrick was appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio to be a member of the Federal Taxation Specialization Board of Ohio. He is a certified public accountant (inactive status) and has been honored with a listing in The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White and named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine. |
