Patrick J. Jensen is a Vice President in the Chicago office of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Mr. Jensen has worked on a variety of financial transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and recapitalizations.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, LLC, Mr. Jensen was at Vine Street Partners, Inc., a middle market investment bank. He focused heavily on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions for primarily private, middle-market companies operating in a variety of industries. Mr. Jensen graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
