As a senior Advisory member of Xyant, Pat has more than twenty-four (24) years experience as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of two large not-for-profit organizations and is the President of his own Oklahoma based Government relations company, The Capital Group, L.L.C. Pat Hall possesses a strong professional and educational background in association management evidenced by the achievement of the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society for Association Executives. Pat is also a founding partner of Majority Plus, along with Jim Dunlap. Pat Hall's government relations experience includes drafting, tracking and advocating for meaningful legislation as well as preparation and presentation of oral and written testimony before legislative committees, regulatory agencies and constituency groups. Hall has extensive knowledge in public personnel administration and labor/management issues including public employee healthcare and retirement benefits. Hall also has vast knowledge of election processes and the modern techniques for successful campaigns. |
