As Health Care Service Corporation’s (HCSC) chief human resources officer, Patrick F. O’Connor leads the corporation in its goal:

With Mr. O’Connor’s leadership, HCSC Human Resources achieves this goal through:

HR Shared Services A group of HR professionals who provide business solutions for staffing and selection, total rewards, workforce engagement, labor relations, learning and organizational development;

The Corporate Diversity Council A group of employees from throughout the enterprise responsible for partnering with management to ensure the success of corporate diversity initiatives.
Mr. O’Connor joined HCSC in 1982 and has held multiple leadership positions in Human Resources. He holds a master’s degree in industrial relations from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, World at Work (Certified Compensation Professional), Human Resource Management of Chicago and International Foundation of Benefits.
