Pat practices in the firm’s Boulder office where he represents business clients in litigation matters involving a wide array of disputes. Pat’s practice includes all areas of litigation, trial and arbitration. He has represented clients in all types and phases of real estate related disputes including evictions, foreclosures, condemnations, breaches of contracts and disputes over brokers’ fees. He has also represented local, regional and national companies in suits involving products liability, fraud claims, general business torts, Lanham Act claims, defamation claims, construction disputes, employment related claims, trade secrets, covenants not to compete and securities issues.
