Patricia Ramazinski is the Director of Human Resources at KineticSystems Company, LLC. KineticSystems designs, produces, and markets high-performance data acquisition and control systems to a broad range of customers in the aerospace, defense, automotive, scientific, and other industrial markets. Mrs. Ramazinski has been a member of the KineticSystems family since November, 1999.
Prior to joining KineticSystems, Mrs. Ramazinski held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Holy Cross Hospital, a position she occupied for over seven years. Holy Cross Hospital, located on Chicago's southwest side, is an acute care community Catholic hospital offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient medical services. Earlier in her career, she also held a variety of administrative roles at Rockwell International/Rockwell Graphic Systems, Inc., located in Westmont, IL.
During her tenure at KineticSystems, Mrs. Ramazinski first held the position of Executive Assistant to the President and then was appointed to Director, Human Resources - a role she has occupied since March, 2001. Mrs. Ramazinski oversees KineticSystems' overall recruitment efforts, benefits management, and employee relations initiatives.
Mrs. Ramazinski and her husband, Jim, reside in Chicago, IL. They have one son. |
