Prior Experience
Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Missal served as Principal for Newmarket Partners, LLC., where she provided services as Chief Restructuring Officer, worked as advisor on several sale engagements (both in and out of bankruptcy settings), and performed forensic accounting and investigation services. Ms. Missal has experience with a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, distribution and software.

Lead member of the restructuring team that provided financial advisory services to the senior secured group of lenders for Level Propane, Inc. a $120Mn energy supplier during its Chapter 11 process; uncovered $30 million of fraudulent transactions and financial statement manipulation; assisted with the preparation and completion of the 363 auction, marketing and selling the Debtor’s assets
Provided due diligence, fraud investigation, and financial analysis services to a group of creditors for a large, publicly-traded rent-to-own company during the work out of its financial and operational challenges
Lead member of team assisting Republic Storage Systems Company, Inc., a 120 year old steel manufacturer with Chapter 11 bankruptcy and court sanctioned auction (section 363), including transfer of the Debtor’s multiple pension plans to the PBGC
Financial advisor to the Unsecured Creditors for PHD, Inc., a house wares company on a fraud-related Chapter 7 liquidation
Prior to joining Newmarket Partners, Ms. Missal worked for four years as CFO with Yen Enterprises, Inc., a $40 million family of companies specializing in steel components and manufacturing. Ms. Missal’s primary responsibility was overseeing day-to-day financial matters, bank relations and line renewal negotiations. She also developed and implemented a turn-around plan with vendors and lenders, allowing production of goods and company operations to continue for a period of nearly three years.
