Law Practice Patricia McConnell is a Member of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C.'s Labor and Employment Law practices. She has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of labor-management relations, employee benefits law and employment law. Ms. McConnell advises clients on, and litigates cases, involving all federal and state labor and employment laws including the National Labor Relations Act, ERISA, the Railway Labor Act, Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. As counsel to multi-employer pension and welfare funds, Ms. McConnell advises plan administrators and trustees on legal compliance, fund administration and fiduciary responsibility. On behalf of international and local labor organizations, she arbitrates grievances, negotiates collective bargaining agreements and regularly appears before the National Labor Relations Board and state and federal courts.
