Pat Harsche is Vice President for Planning and Business Development of the Fox Chase Cancer Center with responsibilities for strategic planning, technology transfer, legal affairs, regulatory matters, policy development and the library. Ms. Harsche is also currently President-Elect of the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) and has served as the VP for Professional Development as well as the VP of the Eastern Region of that organization. She is currently the liaison between AUTM and the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and is a former Chair of the Philadelphia chapter of LES. She is also a member of the PA Biotech. She also is past chair of the executive committee of START, a consortium of area academic organizations, the Ben Franklin Partnership, British Technology Group and venture capital firms whose aim was enhanced technology transfer.
