Patricia Geoghegan is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Department where she is head of the Employee Benefits Practice. Pat also practices in the area of equipment finance representing lessees and lessors of aircraft, satellite transponders, vessels, power plants, and manufacturing facilities and equipment. She has taught partnership taxation at Yale Law School.
Pat was born in Bayonne, New Jersey. She joined Cravath in 1974 and became a partner in 1982.
