Ms. Bellinger began her career in Madrid, Spain in 1986 by founding a casting agency, and she continued working in media and communications in Spain until 1995. In 1995, she returned to the United States
and joined Bristol Myers Squibb, the pharmaceutical company, where she was successively Associate Director for Communications, Associate Director for Public Affairs, and in 1998, the Corporate Director of Culture and Human Resources Diversity. In 2002, she joined British Petroleum in London to become the head of diversity and inclusion. Recently Ms. Bellinger became the head of the newly created Leadership Education function. Ms. Bellinger currently serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Council in Washington, D.C; she is a
member of the Advisory Board of the Leadership Center at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. and she is also a member of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Generations Appeal Board. Ms. Bellinger is an American citizen. |
