Patricia Ashley, is the company's founder, president and CEO. She left the banking business in 1995 with a vision to use her industry knowledge, long standing business relationships, and management skills to build a retained executive search firm to meet the growing demand for mid-level talent in the fragmented, rapidly changing financial services arena. Pat's extensive banking career included varied experience in both commercial and retail banking with two large Chicago banks. Her commercial banking sales and relationship management experience spans the Fortune 100 market to the small business market. Her marketing and general management expertise includes strategic planning, product research and development, P&L management, database marketing, and advertising, all in both the commercial and retail market segments.
