Pat Agudow is responsible for TranSwitch's global human resource efforts. Ms. Agudow has over 25 years of human resources experience, seven of which were with ITT Corporation. Just prior to joining TranSwitch in 1999, Ms. Agudow spent 13 years at General Reinsurance Corporation where she held various senior management level positions within the human resource department and most recently as a vice president of human resources where she was responsible for 3800 employees globally. Ms. Agudow holds a BS degree in Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport and is also affiliated with numerous national human resource organizations. |
