Trish Nixon has more than 18 years experience on a wide range of projects including renovations and new buildings for public and private clients. She is a highly skilled communicator, facilitator, and works well with multiple constituents to gain jurisdictional approvals. Trish works closely with clients and other project stakeholders including staff, neighborhoods, and community groups to define the program and reach consensus on the procedures necessary for a successful project. Trish heads the LRS Green Committee, which reviews and recommends the latest in sustainable design practices and materials for the staff and our clients. She is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA). Trish currently serves on the Clackamas County Design Review Committee and the Clackamas County Sustainable Task Force.
Trish is a licensed architect in Oregon and Nevada and is NCARB Certified. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University in 1988. |
