Patricia L. Falb is a member of the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. She represents a variety of privately held companies and their owners and executives, as well as institutional lenders and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Patricia's practice encompasses merger and acquisition work, secured lending and commercial transactions, investment agreements, mezzanine and venture financing, private placements and contract negotiations in transactions of all sizes and in a variety of industries. In addition, she provides counsel on corporate governance matters, strategic planning, executive compensation, ownership succession and numerous other matters.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Patricia earned her undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Patricia is a member of the Firm's board of directors and has been involved with various civic and charitable organizations.
