Patricia Quilizapa is an associate in the Litigation Department of the Los Angeles Office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Ms. Quilizapa's practice area focuses on complex business litigation, including reinsurance disputes, securities litigation, including a trial pursuant to PSLRA, bankruptcy-related litigation, and directors' and officers' liability. Ms. Quilizapa has also handled civil rights actions in conjunction with the American Civil Liberties Union.Ms. Quilizapa is a member of the California Bar, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the National Hispanic Bar Association.
