In addition to his post as Chairman of the Board for First Advantage Corporation Mr. Kennedy also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for The First American Corporation a position to which he was appointed in 2003. He was President of The First American Corporation from 1993 until 2004 served as Executive Vice President from 1986 to 1993 and was appointed to its board of directors in 1987. Mr. Kennedy has been employed by The First American Corporation's primary subsidiary First American Title Insurance Company since 1977. He was appointed Vice President of that company in 1979 and in 1981 he joined its board of directors. During 1983 he was appointed Executive Vice President of First American Title Insurance Company and in 1989 was appointed its President. |
