Pam Wright joined Optical Alchemy in June 2006 as Chief Financial Officer after working with the Company on an as-needed basis since 2004. Ms. Wright brings over 20 years of financial experience focused in manufacturing and consulting. Pam started her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers where she worked as a General Practic Supervisor on clients across a wide spectrum of industries. She moved from there to Whistler Corporation, a high-tech manufacturing company. As CFO, she was an integral part of the management team responsible for growing the company from $20MM to $165MM.The company's growth involved the purchase of the company by a VC group as well as a number of subsequent business acquisitions. Pam was the key financial resource during the purchase negotiations and was retained under the new management team to run the finance and administration depart- ments of the company. As Whistler made acquisitions, Pam was involved in the due diligence process as well as the financing of the transactions. During her tenure at Whistler she was also involved in the successful restructuring of the company's $80MM debt package.Since late 1998 Pam has been involved with various startup ventures and has run her own independent consulting business serving clients across a variety of markets.
