Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and joined Clinimetrics in 1993. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. She began her career in clinical operations, during which time she also began a five year association with Syntex and Roche Pharmaceuticals in Palo Alto, CA, and later held the position of Project Manager for more than 15 large Phase II-III clinical trials, primarily in the areas of transplant and oncology. Pamela's focus for both herself and her teams has been one of customer service and teamwork, and she has a reputation for strongly supporting her team while ensuring that timelines are met and budgets maintained. During her tenure at Clinimetrics, Pamela has also held the positions of Director of Clinical Operations and Vice President of Clinical and Data Management, where she has been an integral part of building the Operations group to more than 150 full-time employees, with all groups providing services on a global scale, as well as clinical staffing support within client organizations. As Chief Operations Officer, Pamela oversees the clinical services that Clinimetrics offers to its biopharmaceutical clientele. |
