With her strong customer focused leadership, she was responsible for building a multi-million dollar service department into an industry showcase, providing excellent customer service and reducing the company’s churn to less than one percent. She has built strong teams of programmers and developed the first on-line browser-based data collection and reporting system for Ophthalmology as well as developed recognized industry standards for ophthalmic data and reporting systems. While leading International Sales & Marketing for a $96 million medical device company, she created a worldwide distribution organization in 25 countries, increasing international sales to 50% of the total company’s revenues.
