Pamela Thomas-Graham has served as a Director since May 2005. In October Ms. Thomas-Graham joined Liz Claiborne Inc. as Group President with oversight for the department store better and moderate apparel brands including the flagship Liz Claiborne business. Until September 2005 Ms. Thomas-Graham held several senior management positions at CNBC most recently as the Chairman of CNBC a global leader in television business news. Prior to becoming Chairman in February 2005 Ms. Thomas-Graham served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CNBC from July 2001 to February 2005 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2001 to July 2001. Ms. Thomas-Graham served as an Executive Vice President of NBC and President and Chief Executive Officer of CNBC.com from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Thomas-Graham joined NBC in 1999 after 10 years at McKinsey & Company where she was elected partner in 1995. Ms. Thomas-Graham is also a director of The Clorox Company. Ms. Thomas-Graham has authored the Ivy League mystery series published by Simon & Schuster which includes the bestselling novels entitled Blue Blood A Darker Shade of Crimson and Orange Crushed. Ms. Thomas-Graham holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College. |
